@Douglas32 No one here can help with that, if the phone is within the warranty period then you will have to arrange for a repair(depending on the cause there may be a charge), Sky won't just replace it.

If its out of the warranty period then you will have to either pay for the repair or buy a new phone, if your current phone is still being paid for then you will still have to continue the monthly payment for it.
