Switch to Esim

My sim card has stopped working and I do not have access to another phone to call sky. I was wondering if I could just switch to esim? The only problem is when I try to do this online it's asking for a verification code to be sent to my number but I cant receive any texts due to the sim being broke. What is the best thing I can do?

If the sim is broke then you could get in contact with Sky so they can send you a replacement as that will have the same number as this broken one:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
