No Signal

Hi,

 

Have had no signal / emergancy call only since Friday 16th Jan 2026.

I have done all the recomended things, which ahve not helped.

Eventualy found a way to find a 'fault' with the tower/mast issue.

But how can a mast issue affect such a large area, have traveled 25 miles to the coast from city and never picked up a signal.

No way to report to Sky Mobile ??

 

Any thoughts folks?

Hi @Skymuppet  when you travel away from your home area try restarting your phone to see if it connects to a different mast.
