I'm trying to activate my new esim. When asked to link account it keeps saying I've already done this and is just sending me round in circles!

I ended up loosing my patience with last advisor and ended up using my own brain and have now managed to install my new e sim myself.
He successfully managed to unlink my accounts, but now I have 2 separate emails for TV and mobile, which defeated the object of me having it all in one place as originally requested months ago!
Anyway I'm leaving it as it is now as I can't spend anymore time including 2.5 hrs phone conversations being bounced about!
I've got new number and access to my bills etc so all is good 👍

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
