Out of mobile contract and want to change to SIM only?

My contract complete a few weeks back and i am thinking of changing to SIM only, how does that work?

 

Out of curiouslty why is it impossible to get someone from Sky to actually answer the question instead of having ask on a forom?

You don't have to do anything.

 

You'll just continue paying for the SIM until you take action.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you have paid off your device then you are a sim only customer,
