The surname & postcode is wrong

I tried to setup my account. But it says the surname Is wrong. Correct postcode: Correct surname: landekumbura mudiyanselage

I'm afraid you're just telling other customers here.  You may have to call Sky to resolve this.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
