Hi @Johh1081  this can only be done by calling sky. You used to be able to do it via your account but that's no longer available. Call on 150.

Old sim wore out

I have no mobile and cannot make any calls can you send replacement SIM to my holiday home as I dropped my phone mobile in a lake

You asked about this yesterday so I have merged your posts together as the answer is the same.

 

We are customers here who help each other so we can not send you anything and Sky will only send the sim to the address on your account.

Has anyone got an answer to this! I have no phone, so can't ring Sky as my sim is not working
