Sky Mobile Replacement Sim website not working

I have just received my replacement SIM from Sky but it appears the portal for SIM activation is not working.

Upon reaching the page stating 

"Activate a replacement SIM or eSIM Activate your replacement

Sign in and get back up and running."

 

Upon pressing the Sign In button, the page remains blank and keeps refreshing.

I have tried this on multiple devices.

How do I get around this problem and activate my SIM?
