My Sky app not working

Trying to use my sky app to add data from my piggy bank and when try to log into the app or even on the web I just get a message saying failed to log into please try again .

 It has been like this for over a week now I have tried deleting the app,resetting passwords cleared cashe restarted phone etc but nothing clears it .

i really need to check my data and be able to add if needed  any idea on what I can do to fix this ????

All you can do is to report this to Sky so at the very least they can roll the data for you.
