Got my phone yesterday Monday 20 January. After having difficulties removing sim from old phone I was promised a duplicate sim I depend on having phone as I have health issues but I haven't received receive the sim yet so can't make calls or send texts and receive either. I eventually managed to remove the sim from old phone and put it i.n new phone but can't make or recieve calls or texts. Where is my new sim?
