Trying to get a PAC code

I have been trying for four days to get a PAC code from Sky. I have spoken with at least 8 operators, who seek to resolve the problem by transferring me to a colleague. The nearest I have got to an answer is " a technical glitch" as I am not receiving the verication code from Sky. Needless to say texting 65075 with PAC and date of birth, does not produce a response. Can anybody advise how to obtain the PAC number ( and also how to complain about Sky(

Hi @PxJ1  other than persevering on the phone I can't think how to get the PAC if the text service isn't working. Here is the link to complain.
