Problems activating new SIM card

I ordered a new SIM card from Sky about a week ago. Got it in the mail on 7th August and I've been trying to activate it since, without success.
I've tried 3 different devices (computers and phone) and 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), cleaning cookies and history, nothing works.
Every time I click on "Activate SIM" on the Mobile product settings page, I'm redirected to a page where I get an error message saying

It would be nice to be able to use the service that I've ordered...
