Order an iPad a week ago however it keeps saying there's an issue with my order. Called and got told to reorder another one which they done over the phone but again it keeps saying there's an issue and waiting for someone to contact me. However I need this asap just wondering what I can do to move this on

As we are customers here all we can suggest is to speak to Sky about this and ask them what they issue is seeing as it has now happened twice.
