Order an iPad a week ago however it keeps saying there's an issue with my order. Called and got told to reorder another one which they done over the phone but again it keeps saying there's an issue and waiting for someone to contact me. However I need this asap just wondering what I can do to move this on

did youg et any where with this, i have same problem, rang them and the cancelled my order and re-ordered, only for the same thing to happen.
Customer service team in india can see there is a problem but can't fix it, so got put through to the mobile ordering team in the UK, who can also see the problem but can't fix it so are chasing another team but said can take 72hours to resolve... apparently it due to a second level credit check going through that used to be automatic but now requires a physical person to look at it.
