Unable to upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my phone but keep getting a message to say my services are suspended, I have no outstanding bills. I click the button to 'reinstate services' and it says everything is okay. I can't get passed this. Help!

Give Sky a call on 150 as they should be able to help you upgrade and also to jelp you with the restricted issue that you are seeing on your account.
