Previous bill a lot higher

Hi, I'm really confused my bills have changed and it make no sense! Normally I pay 71.80 a month my last bill was correct but todays is due and it's saying that it's going to be 123.80?! The devices are saying one 40 and ones 45 when originally they're 25 and 20. My actual sim is saying 26. 80 when it's meant to be 18. I don't understand why! Says my next payment is correct at 71.80 but does anyone know why I'm having to pay so much more.

Hi @Nadinejane1  if the billing period is just for one month then you will probably need to call sky on 150 for help with this.
