Sky charging direct debit for mobiles even after cancellation

I am trying to understand why Sky is charging me even after cancellation when they needed to credit the amount

Hi @sklld  as fellow customers here we can only guess, perhaps the cancellation came after the last bill was generated so payment taken then refunded ? You would need to call sky and ask them to find out for sure.

When did you cancel your Sky mobile account, what date are you billed on and are you saying you have a credit in your account that has been there for a while ?
