I am trying to understand why Sky is charging me even after cancellation when they needed to credit the amount

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @sklld as fellow customers here we can only guess, perhaps the cancellation came after the last bill was generated so payment taken then refunded ? You would need to call sky and ask them to find out for sure.
