Porting problem

I activated my Sky Mobile SIM one week ago (21/4/2025) with a request to keep my old number but one week later the port hasnt happened and calls and texts are still going to my old phone/ eir mobile SIM

You are going to have to call Sky to ask them about this as use a nuamber transfer should take place within the next few days.
