Hi @Joannefulton52 if it's a replacement to keep the same number then you need to call sky to get one, can't be done online. Call on 150. If you just want a new one with a new number and plan just go to sky.com and order one. Don't forget to cancel the old one if you do this route. Again call on 150 to cancel.
