Plastic Sim Card Needed

So, I am old school - I don't like the esim basically because if you accidentally delete it from your phone, it is gone forever and can never be retreived and with the the plastic one's you can't delete them - I got this information from a phone shop.

So the short version is I prefer Plastic Sim Cards, therefore I was a plastic sim card, so why can't I order one from Sky Mobile??
