Phone system issue
My phone periodically restarts and resets causing me to review everything anew. Can I have a phone replacement, please

If the phone is faulty you need to speak to Sky, you can't ask for a replacement on a public community. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-repairs

It is unlikely Sky will send you a replacement as they will want this one to be sent away to be looked at first.
