Piggy bank not working

I can't access my piggy bank to roll data over all it does it is take me to the new phones page! Very annoying when I know I'm about to run out and have been trying for a few days

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you tomorrow.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

You seem to have created another log-in name for some reason. That chat invite will have been sent to @Rachel-M

It wouldn't allow me to reply without creating a username and then wouldn't allow me to use the one it originally gave me so had to create another one, I still can't see a message from them either which is really frustrating! All I want is my data lol

You won't see a chat invite on your current log-in as it hasn't been sent there.
