Hi
I have recently received a new iPhone from sky and ported my number over from 02. All seems to be ok except when I am trying am to add one of my cards to my Apple wallet, it is asking for a short code. My correct number is on my phone but I am not receiving the text with the code to allow me to go ahead. Can anytime help ?

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will also reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, mobile data settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before

I've tried all this. Have done everything that can be possibly thought of. Have even put a replacement sim in it. Still not fixed. In fact, since the replacement sim was put in it my iMessage and FaceTime are now not working whereas they were before that. My initial single issue has now turned into 3 issues and Sky keep blaming Apple. Apple have been fantastic and I've told Sky that since they messed around with the SIM card, my issues have gotten worse. I'm getting so frustrated. It's the worst thing I ever did was move to Sky
