Piggy bank data

I’ve noticed that my Piggybank data has dropped significantly — I had nearly 1TB saved, and now it shows only 321.8GB. I’ve only been with Sky for about 2 years and haven’t used or transferred that much data.

 

Can Sky provide a full breakdown of my Piggybank data history, including all transfers, expirations, or removals from the account? I’d like to understand exactly what’s happened and why the data was reduced.

@DeanK3888  as of June 4th you can only keep data for 12 months any data older than 12 months on 4th June was automatically deleted

Your online bill will display the data which has left your account and also the data that has returned to the Piggybank if you didn't use all of your monthly allowance.
