WRONG HANDSET DELIVERED

I have received a Samsung GALAXY Flip Z 7 FE But I orderd the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 I opened the box and want to return it for the correct handset

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky and explain this. They will check what you actually ordered against what was dispatched. They will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here
