My piggy bank isnt showing my unused data from last month? Is there a known issue as I don't have much data left and don't want to run out?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you mean your unused data hasn't rolled over to your piggybank on the date it resets (which is your billing date), if so it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update if this is the case.

It reset a couple of days ago, it usually goes over the next day but looks like it hasn't.
