Discussion topic: IP address suddenly blocked

I tried to log on to national lottery account. I do this with ease normally. But today it said my IP address was out of the uk. I checked my IP address location and it says it's in England but I'm in Glasgow. I've not changed any settings. Help please 😁

@Lisaj47 try resetting the hub to obtain a different ip address

@Lisaj47 Just switch off at mains for 5-10 minutes then restart it
