Unable to make calls

There is a Mast O2 issue in my area unable to make calls . My sky account is all up to date .. works on wifi not on network.. no speed cap on account

Until the owner fixes the issue then you will still have these issues so where possible you will have to use Wifi calling.

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so I'm afraid they, and you, will have to be patient and wait for it to be fixed.

Wi-Fi calling won't work the only person it lets you call is sky and they say what do you want us to do? So unhelpful
