Hello, I have arranged to have my mobile phone sent to you for repair, you have sent me out a box but it is damaged. Can I send my phone back in my own packaging?

Hi @Naomi40 i would have thought as long as there is a bar code/qr code that can be attached to your packaging to identify the phone and you then you should be able to use any packaging.

I have send my mobile for repair its been more than one month and today they are saying they don't have proper information or timeline when it will be ready to use and all the members who answers the phone call are literally making money by wasting time with zero information..Such a ridiculous service I have ever seen
