Using phone overseas

Hi there 

I landed in Australia 6/11/25. I had a text  from Sky 

welcoming me and quoting price of £2 a day. I had coverage . I then travelled away from Brisbane . Now i have no mobile provider, no mobile signal and only SOS showing on my phone 

I have turned it on and off . Mobile data is turned on. I don't know what else to do . My uk provider is Sky

Two or three customers have reported issues in Australia over the last few days.
