Hi having an issue with phone number not being registered with apple, carried phone number from another supplier and all has been fine. Today its reverted back to the original number ? Ive logged into my apple account and all looks ok? Is it the workdwide tech issue causing this issue ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your iphone itself show the correct number in it's settings (settings >phone > my number), if not try changing it then rebooting your phone.

Thanks, No shows the original sim, yes tried rebooting and still the same. Lets me alter the number and save but it actually doesn't save over it. Nobody to talk to at sky due to technical issues, must be something amiss to keep diverting to that number.

Keep try this as previously when this issue has come up it has been reported that it can take a number of attempts for it does actually save.
