I ordered a new flip6 phone which arrived today, however there's no watch with it. Now sure if I have to claim via Samsung or do sky send it to me

If this is a freebie I believe they are normally dispatched at the end of the cooling off period to prevent customers returning the phone but keeping the watch.

It does say that both the watch and strap will be sent to you but of course this depends on stock availability and the offer is only on while stocks last.

Ive had the same issue, I only ordered thw Galaxy flip 6 yesterday and the watch is showing on my order and its still being advertised on the website but no watch and due to technical issues I have not been able to speak to anyone
