Mine is the same plus three other phones on my account. I've tried turning them all off then on and they work for a little while then it starts happening again. Three iPhones and one Samsung.

I just realised mine is the same, how do we got this? It says there is a fault with the local mast but not sure that would be the reason? Maybe though!

If your particular issue is mast related remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is a local mast issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

my sons phone my phone and a friends phone.
we have data coverage but calls constantly failing !
unable to get help from sky cause we can't call them, absolute joke

I am having the same problem.when I use the sky checker it has said for the last 24 hours there is a nearby mast issue they are working on. My whole.family my son my dad and mum use sky mobile all three are vulnerable and the fact they can't call is worrying me intensely

It's not saying anything about calls all 3 sky mobiles are saying wrong numbers when calling or receiving calls???

I thought my issue was mast related but me and my wife work in completely different areas miles apart from each other and when at work miles from the kids but we still have the same problem. Can't call to or from.
tried turning phones off and on but it hasn't fixed it.
