Phone bill

Hello, 

 

I had been charged £45 more on my phone bill this morning. I do not understand why £95 has came out when my bill is £50. Please can this be looked into as soon as possible and explained to me. I hope this is just a mistake.

Hi @Rubyevetaylorr  this isn't sky CS here so no one can look into it for you. Have you compared it to last months bill to see what the extra charge is for ?

Have you been out of the country recently?  £45 sounds like the default spending cap for roaming.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
