No network

The 02 mast which Sky uses is down where I live and not due to be fixed until next April. I have just taken out a new phone and contract with Sky but will have to cancel and go on to a different network. They want to text me a pak code but I can't receive it. They said they could email it to me but it hasn't come. Help

Can you temporarily go somewhere where there is reception?

 

But we're other customers here so we can't give you the code...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
