My sim only sky says I have pin on their,I cannot remember,but I have had my brain tumour removed ,now struggling all the time anyway it has a pin,only ever used one pin .but I no that,it just says emergente calls only,it wont let me turn it off ,help my family will be so worried, they need to check on me
