Payment

Hello, 

 

I have tried to view my sky mobile bill for my mobile on the website however it doesn't seem to be on there. I have recently lost my phone and have not been able to pay my bill which I believe should have gone out today or yesterday. However, due to me not having a mobile phone I have not been able to transfer money to the banking account my bill usually comes out of. Please could you help me with this?
