Hi I took out my new contract/upgrade in 2023 over 24 months but it's saying I can't upgrade till 2026 with is 36 months can anyone help me out why !

Hi @Kbrown.999 was this a phone or tablet/computer as you can get tablets and computers on swap 36 ?
