New Order

My order has been cancelled for credit reasons, but this doesn't make sense. I have spoke to the credit company and it was previosuly because of the electoral role (because i have jsut come back from travelling) and I haven't been put on until 1st May 2025. Please can you advise why I am unable to purchase the phone, when i have a 994 credit score.

Hi @EllieR1  at a guess it will be the electoral role thing stopping you as some systems will take a while to update and if you were only added yesterday then that could well be an issue.
