Payment

Hi, when I first ordered my phone, the payment was supposed to be £36 a month. £25 for the phone and £12 for the sim. Everytime a payment comes out it's only £12 for the sim. I don't want to get a hefty bill if I can sort this please? Really confused as to why it's doing that and adding on more prices for calls and texts which is unlimited for my package? I also recently went away and couldn't access my mobile data it did not work why is this? Thank you, Lucy

Inclusive calls are to 01, 02, 03 and 07 only.  If you make calls to other numbers then they are almost always chargeable.

You need to call Sky as we're other customers here...

Those locations are covered by the 'Roaming Passport' - £2 per day to access your UK package (subject to some fair usage limits).

 

Many roaming problems are caused by device configuration, particularly around roaming settings.  Check here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-roaming

If no device payments have come off your account @Lucy209 I would call sky on 150 to find out what's happening.
