Mobile contract

I was sent 2 x mobile phones and a contract was set up in my name, when I phoned Sky to enquire about this I was told by 'David Wilson' the customer service rep that "ignore all the emails over the next few days and some one would come and collect the phones., I declined his advice and asked for a returns label, he wouldn't send me a returns label but said someone would be in touch, (they didn't) I phoned Sky again a few days later and spoke to a different person who emailed me a returns label and again said someone would be in touch ( again no call) I phoned Sky again a few days later to get the contract removed and was told they had received the phones and again someone would be in touch. This was 3 weeks ago and I'm being harassed by Sky for a mobile bill payments also my credit rating has been affected for none payment. I am getting no joy from Sky customer service.
