Pause mobile data for 1 year
Hi
my son is working in NZ for a year and needs to use a NZ sim while there .
can I pause the Sky sim untill he gets back ?
we have had this sim for 3 + years

It can't be 'paused'. It can either be cancelled or the data plan can be reduced to the cheapest available for the duration.

As noted, there's no 'pause' option if you want to keep the number.
The only workaround would be to transfer the number out of the network to a service that doesn't require an active subscription, such as a PAYG service. (And then transfer it back in upon return)
