Parental control
I'm trying to turn off parental control and it's asking for card details but not recognising my card number but it's the one attached to my account it's the only one I have I can't go onto anything because parental control is on

In presume this is for a mobile?
Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.

So it’s easier to call is it. It's ridiculous that at 33 I have to call up to take off parental control

@Louisestreeter Only a credit card will suffice, if you haven't got one you can use a friends or family members card, alternatively if you have a Credit agreement give sky a call as sky will know you are over 18 as only over 18 can have agreements
