We arrived in Italy a week ago and immediately kick started the roaming passport because there are several people I must keep in contact with while I'm here. Four days ago it stopped working. I'm still paying £2 every day but can't even send a text. My husband is paying but his works ok. He's connected to Windtre but I'm showing as Iliad (or Ilad, I can't remember which). I have no means of any communication unless I have access to a restaurant wifi. I have tried every online solution (several times) suggested by Sky. I desperately need my own connection. I'm currently using someone's hotspot. Any help much appreciated.
