if I upgrade my phone but do not send my current one back does the remaining balance need to be paid in full or can it still be paid off monthly?

Hi @Jbedford95  if you order a new phone (rather than upgrading) you can definitely keep paying for the old one. I can't remember what happens if you upgrade but don't send the old phone back with regards payments. Someone else may be able to answer.

The easiest option as @63johnw has said is to order a new device and keep your sting for the other one. You will need to pass the credit checks again.
