I don't receive sms or calls from sky
I have requested my pac code 3 days ago and have rung several times to be fobbed off by everyone
I want it sent by email but this seems to be an insurmountable problem as they still haven't sent it
what can I do ?

Have you tried sending the text to see if it does come through for you ?
If not you will either have to try again over the phone or put in a complaint:

PAC code
I don't receive text or calls from sky
I requested pac code 5 days ago
Seems insurmountable for them to send it by email
done everything I can
don't know what to do now

How did you complain? Did I make any difference?
I've been on the phone a dozen times and they still haven't given me one. The sms or app doesn't work for me either.

Hi
I had to escalate complaint with ofcom and also sky
the priority teamed got in touch and eventually I got my pac verbally over the phone
just a nightmare

Eventually after contacting ofcom and making formal complaint with sky I got pac code verbally over phone

I have had similar issues. Finally i got to speak to a supervisor. this is what i was advised.
A PAC code is generated through an automated system that must verify the mobile number through an active connection. The system sends a security code to the SIM to confirm the request before the PAC can be released. Because your SIM currently has no service, the system cannot complete that verification step. This is why: We cannot generate a PAC manually We cannot send a PAC by email We cannot provide a PAC through chat It isn’t a refusal , it’s a system limitation. The PAC cannot be produced until the SIM is active enough to receive the verification signal. Right now, the technical team are the only team who can restore service to your SIM. Once they fix the connection issue, the PAC can be generated immediately. But the process for generating a PAC code is the same across all networks, and it cannot be bypassed from this department.

the tech team are the only people who can help, they need to get your service restored and then you will be able to get a PAC
