Changes to Mobile services/PAC Code

I've received emails regarding starting a new contact for two mobiles already on the account. I haven't agreed to this as I was only calling to retrieve PAC codes foe leaving the service. I therefore don't understand why these emails have been sent. I don't wish to stay with Sky therefore don't require a new plan. Can you also support me to gain the PAC code for one of the mobiles as I was disconnected as the same point every time I went to retrieve the code they required. Regards Avril Moug

Where did you get the number to call Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
