Overpayment

Hi I need help please .I got a mobile phone e from sky in October 2023 not on contract but to pay over 2 years.well I have made all payments and there still taking money out of my account ..I try and call sky but cannot get taking to a human..

If you have finished paying for the phone then unless you have cancelled it you should only be paying for the sim each month.

If you took a Swap24 contract then it is 3 years.

 

If you want to pay over 2 years then it would have been a Swap12.

 

Check your documentation.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Bernie41 as mentioned by @PandJ2020  the swap 24 is actually a 3 year contract so can you confirm you signed up to swap 24 ?

You don't have to swap @Bernie41  but the plans Sky offer are swap 12 and swap 24, you need to look at your account/messages to see which plan you signed up for.
