Price
Hello,
I want to ask why the price of the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB in my agreement is £1,584 (£1,548 credit + £36 upfront) when Apple sells the same phone for £1,399.
Can you please explain why Sky’s price is higher than Apple’s?
Thank you,
Arth Patel

Your post has been temporarily removed as it contains personal information (your agreement number). It will return once moderated by staff.
There's no obligation for you to order from Sky who can price the devices as they want. The benefit of ordering through Sky is the swap process which Apple don't offer to my knowledge.

Because Sky charge more than Apple. Apple's price is RRP.
Sky's 'Swap' scheme allows you to pay monthly and swap at a later date.
The cost would have been detailed on your credit agreement.

Re: Price
This also stopped me dead in my tracks when I wanted to order just now, I've been doing it for years without noticing it till now.

It seems most people just look at the monthly payment without looking deeper...

Re: Price
It's well masked that's why.
Apple is selling an iPhone 17 Pro for £1099, while Sky selling it for £1244 spread over a 36month contract & claiming 0%, £145 mark up masked.

Re: Price
It's not masked @Aik+Jones its explained during the whole process the costs involved. If you can get it cheaper and paying the lower monthly costs that attracts customers to Sky then you can choose to use whichever company you like.
