Ordered MacBook Air 2025 and it’s been 2 weeks

Got my fingers crossed for you! Hoping they're starting to roll them out now, it would be nice! I ordered mine on the 29th September and got nothing since so hoping it's not gonna take a whole load of convincing and pleading for them to send it

I'm just hoping when they first gave me a date it was a type error so I was holding on till the 21st October since ive ordered mine pro macbook 22nd Sept.  Keep you updated for any further communication from sky

Received an email from dpd having my parcel and it's on way to my local depot...let's hope it's true and dpd don't let me down like they have before from a previous mobile network.

Well the fact multiple people have gotten emails saying their parcels will be on their way is definitely a good sign, as long as they actually turn up

Ordered on 5th oct a MacBook Air 15 512gb in grey. Is so day now being delivered today.

Im still waiting  on my macbook and I need it for my port folio work which i only have a short timeline get done.

Yes I had email today saying its getting delivered today on my day off...feels like christmas!

You can, spoke to customer service yesterday ,  cannot include telephone number as they would not allow me.

 Cancelled it and refund for deposit I made within two weeks, received an email confirmation as well.

Ordered mine on the 8th is saying awaiting dispatch

So having received no DPD communication yesterday I used the online chat service. Get told that the advisor shouldn't have said that and it's a further 1-2 weeks. 
so I put an escalation through to back end on the service and the chat ends.

shortly after that I received DPD notification around 11pm. Saying that they are expecting the item.

as I write this post I just received confirmation from DPD that it will be here by 11:37-12:37... so they in fact have it! 

SKY customer service don't have a clue what's going on and shows they are just waffling!

Santa does exsis!... I have finally received my macbook pro today. Hopefully we'll see more orders being delivered now.  So fingers crossed for everyone especially for those been waiting for 2months or more!
